He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Shay and Helen Shay; and his sister Sheila Shay. He is survived by: his wife Colette Shay; his son TJ Shay; and his brothers, Michael and Patrick Shay. He is also survived by six grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
