He was predeceased by: his parents, William B. Fribance and Katharine B. Fribance (Maine). He is survived by: his wife Sherry A. Fribance (Schroeder); his children, Kimberly A. Fribance of Lititz, J. Scott Fribance of Lititz and Gregory M. Fribance (Mary) of Nazareth; his granddaughters, Dr. Sarah Nicole Fribance of Pittsburg and Dr. Haley Marie Fribance of Baltimore; and his stepgrandson Chad R. Dalley (Cassie) of Northampton.
