He was predeceased by: his parents, Tomas Pacheco and Gladys Santi Pacheco; and his son Jose Santi. He is survived by: his wife Lydia E. Serrano; and his children, Tomas Santi, Yamari Santi (Omar), Elisamuel Santi (Desiree), Jacquelyn Santi (Junior), Javier Santi (Gyoti), Joan Santi, Marilyn Soto Rodriguez (Javier), Geraldo Luciano (Angelica) and Angel Luciano (Yashira). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home & Crematory (414 E King St, Lancaster, PA 17602). A celebration of life was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
