He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie J. Way and Helen Way (Simpson); his wife Jo-Ann Way (Stokes); and his brother Shelton Way. He is survived by: his sons, William E. Way, II (Yazmin) of Lancaster and Brandon J. Way, Sr. (Tameeka) of Lancaster; his grandchildren, Leinady Vazquez, Treis William E. Way, Luis Vazquez, Brandon Way, Jr. and Brionne Way; and his siblings, Gina M. Folk (Robert) of York, Terry Way of York, Larry Way (Vernita) of York and Blaine M. Way (Ann) of North Carolina.
