He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Kocher and Ruthella Kocher (Willis); his wife Rosemarie A. Kocher (Maguth); his sisters, Beverly Irwin and Carol Cope; and his half-brothers, Joseph Pelletier, William and Robert Stiles.
He is survived by: his children, Linda A. Fritz (James) of Felton and Sean A. Kocher (Melissa Russo) of Irwin; his grandchildren, Michele Harwood, Nathan, Lindsey and Teagan Kocher; and his great grandchild Morgan Harwood.
