She was predeceased by: her parents, Carroll C. Sr. Cole and Gloria Mae Cole (Sands); her grandson Damian D. Wormley; and her brothers, Carroll Cole, Jr., Curtis Cole and Larrant Cole.
She is survived by: her husband Ernest Leach, Jr.; her children, Carolyn L. Wormley and Jerome M. Leach (Malika); her grandchildren, Danielle Wormley, Terriel Wormley, Mia-Angel Leach, David Brown, Emmanuel Brown, Khalil Crews, Isaiah Hall and Alijah Hall; her great grandchildren, Sueizia Berwanger, Jaidan Taylar, Skylar Ernest, Jasiah Hall, Zayden Hall and Kenza Crews; her brother Keith Cole (Barbara); and her sister-in-law Gwendolyn Cole.
