He is survived by: his parents, Shawn Berger and Jennifer Kauffman (Eshleman); his brothers, Dylan, Drew Berger and Trishaun Kauffman; his grandparents, Larry, Lois Eshleman, Bruce and Terry Berger; his uncles, Jason Eshleman (Diana Fischer) and Justin Berger; and his cousins, Skylar, Carly, Jordan Eshleman, Annie, Vincent Fischer, Ariel Berger, Bob Garvey, Dave Rose and Darryl Audia Sr..
