He was predeceased by: his mother Norma Ciccarone. He is survived by: his father John J Ciccarone, Jr. (Pat); his wife Susan A; his son Donald R Jr. (Clare); his granddaughter Addyson; and his brothers, Thomas and Todd. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
