He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank J. Keys Jr. and Jane Keys; his grandparents, Mary, William Shaffer, Connie and Frank J. Keys Sr.; and his siblings, Pamela Jane and Gary David.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Keys; his sister Mary Martin; and his children, Daphne Green, Frank S. Keys Jr., Anna-Louise Rohrer and Karen Murphy (Paul). He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
