He was predeceased by: his parents, James Pierson and Margaret Pierson (Brandenberger) of Landenberg, PA.. He is survived by: his wife Betty R. Pierson of Landenberg, PA; his children, Mark D. Pierson (Lenna) of Landenberg, PA and Lesa R. Simpson (Kirk) of Oxford, PA; and his brother William F. Pierson (Patricia) of Mechanicsburg, PA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
