She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl J. Pannell, Jr. and Marie E. Pannell; and her sister Carol "Jeeps" Schwartz. She is survived by: her husband Don; her children, Jacqueline C. Dougherty of West Grove, PA and Donald W. Dougherty; and her brother Robert T. Pannell of Kennett Square.
