She is survived by: her husband Bruce W. Adams; her children, Robert L. Adams (Gina) of Warrington, Michael R. Adams of Perkasie and Jennifer L. Arbo (James) of Quakertown; and her siblings, Jerry Kolk (Karen), Roy Kolk (Joyce), Larry Kolk (Terrie), Nancy Kolk (Diana), Diane Kolk and Joann Fetters (Doug). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, Aunt, and cousins.
