She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert F. Stiver Sr. and Mary Stiver (Dolphin); her husband Paul Devlin; and her siblings, Albert Stiver, Donald Stiver, Marie Hallett and Anna Mae Devlin.
She is survived by: her son Paul Devlin (Jo); her brother John Stiver; her grandchildren, Timothy, Jennifer and Molly; and her great grandchildren, Kennedy, Zack and Timothy Jr..
