He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Polizzi and Carmela Polizzi (Giordano); his brothers, Salvator Polizzi and Joseph Polizzi Jr.; and his great grandchild Jude Rdesinski.
He is survived by: his wife Josephine (Jo); his children, Karen Dodson (Gary), Joe Polizzi, Diane Rdesinski (Jerry) and Maryann Chidzik (Michael); his grandchildren, Gary Dodson Jr., Sean Dodson (Amber), Nicole Dodson (Brian Kelly), Christopher Polizzi (Katrina), Melissa Polizzi, Rachel Nishiyama (Carl), Andrew Rdesinski (Chelsea) and Stephanie D'Amore (Marcello); his great grandchildren, Sean Dodson Jr., Somer Dodson, Lennon Kelly, Marlo Kelly, Fiona Rdesinski and Alessandra D'Amore; his sister-in-law Elaine Polizzi; and his aunt Pat Giordano. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
