Jay Douglas Dombach Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jay Douglas Dombach of Langhorne, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 20, 2026 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellsworth Dombach and Grace Dombach; his brother Dale Dombach; his brother-in-law Mike DeMeuse; and his parents-in-law, Melvin and Louise Qualman.
He is survived by: his wife Cindy Dombach; his daughters, Amanda Dombach (Sheldon Adolphus) and Jamie Dombach (Joaquin Quintana); his sisters-in-law, Cindy Reifsnyder and Lori DeMeuse; his niece Amy (Sarah Dombach); and his nephew Alex DeMeuse.
