He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Phillips and Barbara Lockard; and his wife Denise Phillips. He is survived by: his children, Taylor Phillips (Patrick) and Justin Herling; his grandson Cooper Harman; and his sister Dawn Davis (Ed).
