She is survived by: her children, Robert F. Carter (Grace) of Auburn, WA, Roy B. Carter (Susan) of Anamosa, IA and Cynthia R. Carter-Betancourt (Claude) of Doylestown, PA. She is also survived by grandchildren and 3 adored great grandchildren.
