He was predeceased by: his parents, Gertrude Hetzel and George Hetzel; and his brother Francis Hetzel. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Sarah, Jessica and Phillip (Christina); his sister Kathy Woolf; and his sister-in-law Joyce Borgia.
