He was predeceased by: his father Joseph A. Alcaro, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Alcaro (Dillman); his mother Phyllis Alcaro (Christiansen) of Souderton; his children, James J. Alcaro and Abigail V. Alcaro; his siblings, Joseph A. Alcaro, Jr. (Beverly) of Hatfield, Donna M. Bullen (William) of Palm, PA, John J. Alcaro (Claire) of Sellersville and Thomas Alcaro of Emmaus; his nephew Christopher; and his nieces, Sarah and Amy Dillman.
