With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Barbara M. Pastore-Hildebrand (Lansdale, Pennsylvania), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 14, 2025 at the age of 67. As we bid Barbara farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Barbara is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Breznak and Margaret Breznak (Gregg); and her sister Debra Lynch. She is survived by: her daughters, Jennifer M. Pastore-Bolak (Andrew) of Souderton, Amanda M. Hildebrand (Christopher Miller) of Hatfield and Corrine E. Hildebrand of North Wales; her grandchildren, Brody Hannum, Abbey Bolak and Andrew Bolak; and her sister Michele Bartalits (Bob) of Conway, SC.. She is also survived by her family, especially her grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Huff & Lakjer Funeral Home (701 Derstine Ave, Lansdale, PA 19446). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
