He is survived by: his spouse Arti Patel; and his children, Bhargavi Patel (Tapan) of North East, MD, Megha Patel (Mihir) of California and Shashank Patel (Drashti) of Lansdale. He is also survived by six grandchildren; three brothers; and one sister.
