He is survived by: his sons, Matt and Matthew D. Hawkins (Rebecca) of Harleysville, PA; his granddaughter Emilya Hawkins; and his siblings, Jerry Hawkins, Gary Hawkins of Texas, Jimmy Hawkins of Douglasville, PA and Evelyn Schindler (Lloyd).
