She was predeceased by: her husband C. Richard Balliet; and her parents, Earlin J. Wenhold and Beatrice Fawcett (Shinn). She is survived by: her children, Thomas R. Smith (Teri) and Linda McGourney (Michael). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild.
