She was predeceased by: her husband John Ward Amirault; her parents, Stanley Kowalski and Helen Tillman (Satola); and her brother Ronald Kowalski. She is survived by: her cousin Laurene "Laurie" Jun (Lawrence "Skip" Jun); her godchildren, Jeffrey L. Jun and Juliann J. Hoffman; her nieces, Mary Louise Hickerson and Grace Ann Wakulchik; and her nephew Robert Kowalski.
