He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Stever and Agnes Stever (Walsh); and his sister Trisha Stever. He is survived by: his daughter Crystal Ball (Vincent IV) of Quakertown; his grandchildren, Vincent Ball V and Shannon Ball; and his brothers, Michael R. Stever (Barbara) of Hatfield, Orville M. Stever (Shoko) of Japan, Leslie J. Stever (Mary) of Sellersville and Gary L. Stever (Nancy) of South Gibson.
