He was predeceased by: his parent John M. Mihalyak. He is survived by: his parent Audrey M. Mihalyak of Sebastian; and his siblings, Cheryl Ann Gricoski (Len) of Warrington, Jon Mihalyak of Quakertown and William Paul Mihalyak (Diana) of Easton. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Greg's family has respectfully requested that those desiring to do so may make a memorial contribution to the Gregory J. Mihalyak Memorial Aviation Scholarship Fund in care of his mother or siblings directly, and which would be deeply appreciated by his family.
