He was predeceased by: his parents, William Rice and Ann Rice; and his siblings, Bill, Fran and Nancy.
He is survived by: his wife Maryann; his children, Bridget Bobbitt, John Rice (Dana) and Christa Williams (Phillip); and his siblings, Terri Maloney (Joe) and Mike Rice (Jane).
Due to the current pandemic, the date of Jack's service will be postponed until it is deemed safe to gather.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Air Force Aid Society would be greatly appreciated.
