Gouak (Lansdale, Pennsylvania), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 23, 2019, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Gouak and Irma Gouak (Still); and his brother Barry Gouak. He is survived by: his wife Barbara A. Grosch-Gouak (Stock); his children, Ken J. Gouak (Evi) of Skippack and Riki Miller (Dale) of Souderton; his grandchildren, Ari, Daphne, Lindsey, Derek and Hannah; and his sister Janice White (George) of Wyndmoor. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Jack's name can be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
