We are sad to announce that on September 13, 2020, at the age of 85, Josephine C. Owens of Lansdale, Pennsylvania, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Marcus R. Owens; and her parents, Joseph Qualtin and Josephine Qualtin (Perano). She is survived by: her sons, Richard M. Owens (Harry G. Richards) of Philadelphia, James S. Owens (Cherry) of Richmond, VA and Marcus R. Owens, Jr. (Christine) of Lansdale; and her grandchildren, Christopher J. Owens, Jonathan H. Owens, Alexandra E. Owens and John Owens.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Josephine's memory to the Montgomery County Association for the Blind, 212 North Main Street, North Wales, PA 19454.
