She was predeceased by: her husband Jack Mehlbaum, Sr.; and her parents, Thelma Stout (Knudsen) and William Stout (Miriam). She is survived by: her daughter Shauna L. Mehlbaum of Lansdale; her stepson Jack R. Mehlbaum, Jr. (Michele) of Hatfield; her grandsons, Stephen and Patrick; her brother Mike Stout (Marilyn) of Pennsburg; her niece Michelle; and her brother Eric Stout (late Sandy) of Bechtelsville.
