She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Holsonback and Teresa Holsonback; and her son Joseph. She is survived by: her husband Jim Slotter; her son Andy Slotter (Colleen); her grandchildren, Rileigh and Gavin; her children, Ryan, Emma, Sloane and Mia; her siblings, Robert B. Holsonback, Jr. (Becky), Michael Holsonback (Terri) and Tessa O'Brien (Kevin); her siblings-in-law, Susie Schmittinger and Bill Slotter; her siblings' children, Steve Holsonback, Michael Holsonback Jr., Julie Bonekemper, Casey Slotter, Ashley Benner, Danielle Herb and Maggie O'Brien; her great-nieces, Becky Kerver, Isla Herb and Ada Benner; her aunts, Agnes Dager, Sally Matthews, Doris Donaghy and Wilma Hazel; her uncle Jerry Burke; Owen Snyder. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, family and friends.
