She was predeceased by: her husband John J. Smerke; her parents, Michael Enright and Catherine Enright (Koob); and her sister Eileen Borkowski. She is survived by: her daughter Kathryn Smerke (Ian Hochberg) of Fairfax, VA; her grandchildren, Whitney, Hailey and Nathan; and her siblings, Mary Patricia D'Aprile of King and Thomas Enright (Carole) of Warminster.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to St. John's Hospice, 1221 Race Street, Philadelphia, PA 19107.
