He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Mecklenborg and Helen Mecklenborg (Gallagher). He is survived by: his sisters, Ann Buttner (Edward) of Albuquerque, NM, Patricia M. McGlinchy (Charles) of Horsham, Ellen Cavanaugh (David) of Chestnut Hill and Stefanie Mecklenborg of Ft. Mills, SC; his nieces, Rachel Buttner, Courtney Cavanaugh, Mackenzie Jeitner, Audrey McGlinchy and Alexandra McGlinchy; and his great-nephew Patrick Jeitner.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made in Kyle's memory to the Greater Philadelphia Track Club.
