He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Perry Milhollen and Dorothy Louise Brown Milhollen. He is survived by: his children, Christine Ricchey, Misty Seibert (Richard), Merri Beth Chiartas (George), Todd Milhollen (Annette) and Amy Pequignot Sheridan; his grandchildren, Isabella, Ava Grace, Emily, Alyssa, Katie, Christopher, Alexandra, Carter and Adam; and his sister Beth Milhollen Colley (Sande Milhollen).
