She was predeceased by: her husband John A. "Jack" Slyh; her parents, Herman Hubner and Emma Hubner (Mettenbrink); her daughters, Marcia Slyh and Deborah Slyh; and her brothers, Louis Hubner and Loren Hubner (Lila).
She is survived by: her daughter Donna Lohr (Bruce) of Schwenksville; her grandchildren, Andrew, Tyler, Lindsay and Christie; and her sister-in-law Barbara Hubner.
