He was predeceased by: his parents, Noi Chanda and Phoug Chanda. He is survived by: his spouse Sousakhone Phetmoukda; and his daughters, Southisone K. La (Pet B.) of Willow Grove, Chanthajohn Phetmoukda of Woonsocket, RI and Viliphont Phetmoukda (Chhaly Phean) of Lansdale. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
