He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo McCullough and Margaret McCullough (Hart); and his brother Raymond McCullough. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia McCullough (Caruso); his sons, John and Michael; and his brothers, Lee McCullough (Bonnie) and Pat McCullough (Loretta). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
