It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Norman M. Hackman (Lansdale, Pennsylvania), born in Souderton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 26, 2019, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harrison Hackman and Lizzie Hackman (Moyer); and his brothers, Laaden, Samuel, Leroy, Nelson, Paul and Harrison.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Betty" Hackman (Halteman); his children, Nina Landis (James) of East Greenville, Daryl Hackman (Barbara) of Perkasie and Lorie Yoder (Calvin) of Lititz; and his sisters, Katie Martin of Ohio, Naomi Alstein (David) of New Jersey, Pauline Nice of Souderton and Eva Hershey of New Jersey. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made in Norm's memory to Living Branches Foundation, 275 Dock Dr., Lansdale, PA 19446.
