Patricia A. Welliver Obituary

She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. William A. Welliver; her parents, Philip Polastre and Anna Polastre (Fisher); her son Dr. Mark D. Welliver; and her grandson William P. Welliver, Jr..

She is survived by: her children, William P. Welliver of Pottstown, PA, Melanie Cassar (Robert) of Lansdale, PA and Dr. Todd A. Welliver (Randi) of Lake Worth, FL. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, five great grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Corpus Christi Catholic Church (900 Sumneytown Pike, Lansdale, PA 19446). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
