He is survived by: his wife Pamela J. Kendig (Tiver); his children, Stephanie A. McCafferty (Jimi) of Crystal Lake, IL, Patrick Kendig, Jr. and Patrice K. Manning (Neil) of Waterloo, IA; and his sisters, Carolynn Souder of Lumberton, NJ and Linda Bryson (Steve) of Southampton, NJ. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
