He was predeceased by: his sibling Lodi Kalacznik. He is survived by: his parents, Theodore Kalacznik and Magdalena Kalacznik (Burel); his wife Eileen; his children, Andrea Kalacznik of Lansdale, Monica Kalacznik (Stephen Rappaport) of Norwalk and Margaret Kalacznik of Kensington; his grandson Ethan Rappaport; his brother Fred Kalacznik of Raynham; his nieces and nephews, Sandra Ross (Christopher Ross) of Norton and Jeanne Pratt of Newburyport; and his siblings, Anne Kalacznik and Joseph Kalacznik.
