He was predeceased by: his parents, John Shade and Verna Shade (Frederick). He is survived by: his children, Larry Shade of Lansdale, John Shade (Ann) of Bangor, MI, Mark Shade (late Deborah) of Lehighton and Diana Rawle (Jack); and his grandsons, Andrew and Collin Rawle.
