He was predeceased by: his wife Ursula Cordes (Klak); and his parents, Robert Cordes and Martha Cordes (Skill). He is survived by: his children, Eileen Swenson (William) of Bensalem, Richard Cordes (Penny) of Tunkhannock and Robert Cordes (Lori) of Havertown; and his brother John Cordes. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
