He is survived by: his wife Teresa "Terri" Hesley; his children, Teresa "Beth" Hesley (Chris Eble) of Maryland, Robert M. Hesley (Nathalia) of Philadelphia and David C. Hesley (Emily) of Philadelphia; his grandchildren, Magdalene Eble, Michael Eble and Andrew Hesley; and his nephew Devin Hogan.
