He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Eunice; and his brother James. He is survived by: his daughter Jessie; his father James; and his siblings, David, Lawrence (Patricia), Cynthia (Mark) and Frank. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his honor to the Stephen Siller Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
