He was predeceased by: his spouse Evelyn Ora Kampmeyer (McMonigal); his parent Edward Kampmeyer; and his brother Edward A. Kampmeyer. He is survived by: his parent Jennie Kampmeyer (Rentschler); his children, Alan R. Kampmeyer (Laura) of Denton, MD, Lee Anne Kampmeyer of Crofton, MD and Gary E. Kampmeyer (Louisabella) of Harleysville; his grandchildren, Sarah, Jennie (Andrew), Jason, Hannah (Erwin), Rebecca, Rachael, Christopher (Judy), Karen and Emily; and his great grandchildren, Michaela, Katelynn, Abigail, Lilah, Zoe and Kameron.
