She was predeceased by: her spouse Kenneth Bixler; and her parent Ira Kinzer. She is survived by: her parent Lillian Kinzer (Bechtel); her children, Barbara A. Coil of Hudson, WI and Ronald K. Bixler (Joan F.) of West Chester; her grandchildren, Adam Jason Bixler (Cari) of Millersville, MD, Ryan Christopher Bixler (Andrea) of Birmingham, AL and Bradley Joseph Bixler of West Chester; her great grandchildren, Halen Kent Bixler and Brianna Quinn Bixler; and her cousin Jerry Clack (Julian Gil) of Pittsburgh.
