He is survived by: his sons, Ryan Rubio (Kelly) and Alexander Rubio, Jr. (Sabina); his grandchildren, Avery, Rylie, Cameron, Camia and Sammie; his brothers, Rene Rubio (Donna), Steve Rubio (Sonny) and Franny Rubio (Efrain); and his niece Melissa.

Visitation will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Marvil Funeral Home, Ltd. (1110 Main St, Darby, PA 19023). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
