He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Biché and Annette E. Biché (Andrews); and his sister Alice. He is survived by: his wife Doris Halsey; his sons, Gregory, Emmanuel, Samuel, Peter and Vincent; his siblings, Peter, Elizabeth Caprini (Leo), Martha Lahr (Michael), Mark (Melanie), Maryanna Seccombe (Will) and Gregory; and his godsons, Jeff Rafferty, Truman Lahr and Patrick Biché. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, David's family requests donations be made to the David A. Biché Memorial Fund of the Philadelphia Foundation.
