He was predeceased by : his wife Anne Curran Cook; his parents, William Cook and Dolores Cook; and his brother Bill Cook. He is survived by : his daughter Colleen Turotsy; his pets, Ralphie and Frankie; and his siblings, Jack Cook, Dolores Raisch and Kathy Sullivan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and their children.

In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Vincent DePaul Society, St. Philomena Church, 41 E. Baltimore Avenue, Lansdowne, PA 19050 would be greatly appreciated.
